Clare Woolsey manages human resources (HR) strategic planning and leadership for the Abt Australia Asia Pacific business. She oversees talent acquisition and internal mobility, talent and performance management, professional development and succession planning, and key strategic initiatives.
As a vice president and a member of the Abt Australia executive team, Clare is accountable for more than 800 employees dispersed across complex, challenging, and volatile political, social, and economic environments, including Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam.
Clare’s international career blends more than 20 years of experience across a broad range of sectors and includes regional leadership roles based out of Singapore and Australia. Prior to joining Abt (then JTA) in 2009, she held senior HR roles within Credit Suisse and International SOS, where she partnered with executives across the region overseeing a broad range of HR activities and projects.
