He has worked on proposals for Accenture, McKinsey, IBM, Abt Global, and other firms. Crock has worked in marketing and media relations for Abt since 2018.

Melissa Schweisguth is a market systems development and economic growth expert with more than sixteen years of experience in the international development and food and agriculture private sectors. She has focused extensively on designing programs, providing technical expertise for implementation, developing market systems approaches and guidance, and developing and delivering staff training.

Hoai B. Huynh has more than 25 years of experience in energy, environment, engineering, policy, and program management in the U.S. and internationally. He has worked in the U.S. government, consulting, aerospace and defense industry, and non-profit sectors. He also has had experience leading corporate strategy and growth efforts at Abt Global, Deloitte, AECOM, ICF, and CDM Smith.
