Coalition for Adult Basic Education (COABE) 2022

We are proud to announce that Abt’s Judy Alamprese, Principal Associate Social & Economic Policy, will speak at the 2022 Coalition on Adult Basic Learning Hybrid Conference.

Judy has more than 35 years of experience directing research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects in adult education and workforce development. She will share insights on innovating to meet adult learners’ needs, the use of text messaging to support adult education, and more.
