Improving access to health services is not enough to improve population health: the quality of care must also be improved. Many low- and middle-income countries have made progress in the pursuit of quality, but much work remains to ensure that all patients–including women and children, socially marginalized individuals and those living in underserved areas–can walk into a community health clinic knowing they will receive safe, high-quality, evidence-based care.
Please join us for the “Working Towards Sustainable Health Systems” webinar series, during which we’ll bring together international health systems experts to discuss new developments and pressing issues. In this first installment, our guests will discuss opportunities to move forward in the governance-of-quality field.
