Abt Global announced the opening of its Abt U.K. office to better serve clients in the region, including the UK Department for International Development.

Brisbane, Australia - Abt JTA recently opened an office in Canberra, the capital city of Australia.

BETHESDA, MD — Abt Global has endorsed the nine Principles for Digital Development, which serve as living guidelines for the design of technology-enabled international development programs. The company joins a growing list of organizations, including the U.S. Agency for International Development and the World Health Organization, that have signed on to the effort to capture the most important lessons learned in in implementing information and communications technology in development.

Bethesda, MD – Gary L. Perlin, the retired chief financial officer of Capital One Financial Corporation, has been elected non-executive chairman of Abt Global' Board of Directors. Perlin succeeds Stanley J. Lukowski, who has served as chairman since 2009 and will remain on the board.

Abt Global to lead What Works Clearinghouse Postsecondary Education, Postsecondary Preparation and Evidence Reporting (WWC-PEPPER) project.
