Sarah Dunn, an experienced international developme nt leader, is Managing Director of Abt Britain.  She is responsible for driving the UK growth strategy as well as leading and mentoring our UK home office and Program teams to deliver against Abt’s mission. Dunn spent nearly two decades as a senior executive with the Department for International Development (now Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office), where her final role in 2014 was country director for DFID Southern Africa/South Africa.  While at DFID, she worked across Africa, the Middle East and Caribbean and held several other executive and strategic advisory positions, including head of trade policy.

Clare Woolsey manages human resources (HR) strategic planning and leadership for the Abt Australia Asia Pacific business. She oversees talent acquisition and internal mobility, talent and performance management, professional development and succession planning, and key strategic initiatives.

Dr. Nora Connor is a data scientist at Abt Global, where she uses generative AI, cloud-based solutions, and automated workflows to improve data-driven decision-making for federal clients. Her clients include the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). As the business owner for Abt’s AI strategy, Connor leads the Data Science team developing MLOps, automated real-time data streaming, Infrastructure as Code, and responsible AI solutions. She works directly with vendors and market partners to identify use cases to bring the best AI technologies to the public sector.

Chris Grier, Vice President, Legal and Risk, leads the legal, governance, privacy, insurance, contracts, innovative finance, risk, compliance, and audit functions supporting corporate and program operations of Abt Australia and Abt Britain across more than 30 countries. He is also the Company Secretary of Abt Australia and Abt Britain.

Jill Khadduri came to Abt Global in 2000 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she was a career senior executive deeply involved in housing research and policies.She conducts research on homelessness and homeless-assistance programs and on housing programs and strategies, among them the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Housing Choice Vouchers and public housing. She serves as a senior advisor to major research projects conducted by Abt’s housing practice, including studies that use experimental designs to measure the impacts of homebuyer counseling and of giving homeless families priority access to different types of housing and shelter programs. One of Abt’s senior fellows, she completed a history of HUD from its founding in 1965 through its 50th anniversary in 2015.
