Hailu Zelelew is an economist with 30 years of experience in health financing/economics, health insurance, health policy processes, health systems strengthening and economic development. He has worked on development planning and economic cooperation; policy analysis and development; rural development; program design and management; maternal, newborn and child health; family planning and reproductive health; HIV/AIDS; and capacity building. His financial expertise includes health program costing, resource tracking, health financing policy, health insurance, public financial management, and governance. He also has extensive experience with monitoring, evaluation and research.

Paul Anninos, who has more than 30 years of business and operational leadership in the public and private sectors, is Abt’s vice president and leader of Abt’s domestic U.S. environment business, including environmental program management, data and technology solutions, regulatory development and technical assistance, natural resource management, and climate and energy programs.Before joining Abt, Anninos served as chief growth officer and vice president for business development and marketing at REI Systems. He led growth initiatives that helped to establish REI as a leading information technology and business solutions provider, significantly expanding the company’s government business and nearly tripling its revenues to $90 million.

Kevin O’Reilly is Abt’s principal accounting officer and a member of both the Pension and 401(k) Advisory Committees. He oversees financial reporting, global tax compliance, government accounting compliance, retirement services, billing, general accounting, payroll and accounts payable. O’Reilly joined Abt Global from Ropes & Gray, LLP, an $800-million law firm, where he was director of finance. Earlier in his career, O’Reilly spent more than 12 years in progressively more responsible roles at Private Healthcare Systems, Inc. He began as manager of accounting and was vice president and controller before the company was sold. O’Reilly also serves as the chairman of the advisory board at St. Francis Xavier School.
